DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We strive to ship all orders in stock within one business day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. For example, Express orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday for arrival on Tuesday. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.

We offer flat rate TNT Ground shipping for all items under 12kg, our flat rate shipping fee is € 11,00. Items weighing over 12kg incur a surcharge, and third party products such as carpets incur a shipping surcharge of € 15,00.

SHIPPING RATES FOR FURNITURE

For in-stock products, estimated delivery time within the continental Europe is 10 business days. All other products that are made to order and requires a four-week minimum lead time. See each item’s product detail page for individual product lead time, and shipping service. Evolution21 by Karine Bonjean sofas, chairs & items that can not be easily carried are delivered via White Glove Delivery companies to ensure the best delivery possible. Furniture White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery and the removal of all packaging materials. Other products will be send via TNT express services. White Glove delivered items require 3-10 days of handling time prior to transit time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Evolution21 by Karine Bonjean BV is pleased to offer international shipping to any destination worldwide. Our team is standing by to assist you with bringing your order home or delivering it to loved ones anywhere around the globe.
Evolution21 by Karine Bonjean BV packages are shipped via Federal Express international shipping service. Delivery can take place in 3-5 business days. Orders are usually picked packed and ready to ship within two business days of placing an order. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that shipments outside the Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at 003215313363 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also email us at [email protected] If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled.
The following are final sale, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: Furniture, cushions, fabric, carpets, custom orders, curtains, sale items, and all marble products.
We allow for returns on Accessories. Accessories must be returned in the original packaging, packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Customised accessories are not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc). Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As such, we are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has entered the production process.
